Born and raised in the midwest, Rachel moved to Philadelphia in 2001 to pursue a career in urban planning and community development. Drawn to real estate, she earned her PA Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 2006.
From living in a number of Philadelphia neighborhoods for over 13 years before moving to Montgomery County, Rachel has great perspective on the broad array of neighborhood choices for buyers whether they are considering life in the city or in the surrounding areas.
Rachel loves working with clients in all phases of their real estate journey - from seasoned home sellers and buyers to first-timers. She is also an accredited Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and has a special interest in serving mature home sellers and their loved ones as they plan and execute on the important decision to sell a family home.
Before real estate sales, Rachel worked in a number of roles where she served Philadelphia residents and community-based organizations, including City Planner and Affordable Housing Developer. She is committed to advancing goals of equitable development, strong & stable communities and wealth-building through real estate for Philadelphia area residents. Her community development-minded approach to real estate drives her to serve clients with a goal of providing the best market data and knowledge about the home sale process so that all feel empowered to make important real estate decisions.
