Diva living on Rittenhouse Square

Want to live like a movie star without paparazzi? Join me at Rittenhouse Square! I love the diversity of architecture and style offered with Rittenhouse Square condos. Everything from pre-war historic details to modern streamlined luxury living, my imagination often fills in the rest of the movie set as we walk through.

For instance, whenever I enter 10 Rittenhouse I truly feel like royalty. While all of the Rittenhouse door staff are gracious and professional, there’s just something special about the entry at 10 Rittenhouse. Currently on the market, Unit 1105 features a deck that overlooks Rittenhouse Square. And 3 bd / 3 ba 1802 features gorgeous skyline views throughout the condo. No matter which condo you live in, the amenities, staff and community welcome you with warmth and grace.

Let’s time travel through decades of glamour!

Starting with pre-war architecture. There are two condos currently offered in Rittenhouse that I’d like to highlight.

The interiors would be the perfect set for a movie. I can visualize myself as the eccentric Auntie Mame. Ok, so this is a really old movie, well before my time. However thought you might enjoy the reference. While by today’s standards they are dated, perhaps that’s the charm?

250 S 17th Street

An iconic building, located just off of Rittenhouse Square and across the street from modern luxury tower, 1706 Rittenhouse. Built in 1900, Unit 1400 is 3 bd / 2 ba corner unit with amazing sunlight and city views. The interior is dated. However, for the right buyer that could be the unique charm.

Rittenhouse Plaza1901 Walnut Street

Perhaps one of the most iconic pre-war luxury buildings on the square, built in 1926. One of only a few coops in Philadelphia, however coops are common for luxury buyers from Manhattan. Currently a 2 bd / 2.5 ba second floor unit is available facing the park, waiting for your interior updates – Unit 2A.

Let’s fast forward to the glamorous 60’s with a luxury condo offering at Rittenhouse Hotel.

Rittenhouse Hotel Unit 1701-2

It was indeed a pleasure visiting this amazing home. A unique fit for the right buyer! I could easily see Audrey Hepburn gracing the couch in a movie about art. This condo carries the mid-century luxury style elements circa when the Rittenhouse Hotel was built, 1960. It’s technically a 2 bd condo, however really functions more like a one bedroom with abundant room to showcase art and entertain.

The Parc Rittenhouse – Modern Glamour

While there are many glamorous offerings on Rittenhouse Square, two unique condos at The Parc Rittenhouse deserve the spotlight this week!

Unit 1115 features a private 1,500 ft terrace with stunning views! The Parc has a gorgeous outdoor deck and pool as common amenities. However this unit’s private outdoor space is a unique feature almost impossible to duplicate. Imagine the entertaining possibilities with 3 bd / 3 ba with 1,800 of interior space and the deck!

Unit 307 is part of the Estate Homes residences, new construction addition to Parc Rittenhouse. Part of The Parc community yet with separate private entry and exclusive elevator to the amenities and garage. A unique one bedroom situated perfectly for glamorous living.
