Understanding the needs of busy executives, she created a business model that streamlines the home buying and selling process for all Lux Living Group clients.
Her creative marketing adds national and international exposure and networking, delivering top results for sellers and off-market matches for buyers. During the mortgage crisis, Susanna specialized in Short Sales helping luxury second home owners out of pre-foreclosure with debt forgiveness. Her passion to assist home owners at risk of foreclosure is an ongoing commitment and part of her service.
